Barbara Anne Syassen encourages a lifestyle of doing good, whether that means changing negative habits to more positive ones around our social, mental, physical, health and well-being areas, to self-sustainability knowledge and pursuing acts of kindness, to help create a healthier, beautiful environment for ourselves and for the planet.

I will be providing vegan plant-based meals at the van retreat and offering information on how to cook these meals, along with helping to find easy and affordable ways to cook them.

We will also look at the health benefits of vegan cooking.
